Our Refund / Return Policy

 

Overview
Faodail offers a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund subject to conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in all its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and any return postage charges are to be covered by the customer.

Damages
Once you receive your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if the item (s) is damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some of our items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods including our air-plants etc or personalised/unique products such as a personalised gift hamper etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item/purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
